What this is
Photo Shoot Director plans a marketing photo or video shoot for your business, and critiques photos you upload against that plan. Plans and critiques are generated by a model and are advice, not a guarantee — the results, framing suggestions and technical settings may not fit every camera, phone, or situation, and you're responsible for judging what's safe and sensible to try.
What it's for
This product plans shoots of a business: products, food, spaces, materials, work in progress, hands using the thing, staff at work. It does not plan or critique portraits of a person as the subject — no headshots, dating-profile photos, boudoir, or personal-occasion portraiture. We reserve the right to refuse or remove a shoot brief that falls outside this scope.
Accounts and sign-in
Sign-in is by emailed magic link — there's no password. Keep access to your email secure; anyone with your sign-in link can sign in as you until it expires.
Unlocks and payment
A shoot unlock turns one planned shoot into the full executable plan plus a set number of critique rounds. Unlocks are purchased individually or in packs and don't expire. Prices are shown on the pricing page at time of purchase and charged in full at checkout; charges appear on your statement as SHOOTPLAN. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not handle refund requests automatically — email us and we'll look at it case by case.
Free usage
Free plan previews are rate-limited per account per day. We may adjust the free limit at any time to keep the service usable for everyone.
Acceptable use
Don't use this service to plan or critique content outside its stated scope (see "What it's for"), to abuse the free tier through multiple accounts, or to upload photos you don't have the right to use. We may suspend an account that does.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided as-is. We don't warrant that a plan or critique will produce a particular business result. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
